La serie di System on Module 3SM1004 è basata sulla famiglia di processori NXP i.MX6 Solo\DualLite\Dual\Quad ARM® Cortex® -A9 processor con frequenze di clock fino a 1200MHz. La serie 3SM1004 è stata sviluppata al fine di rendere disponibili sui connettori esterni, 230pin MXM, 30pin aux, JTAG e microSD, tutte le periferiche gestite dal processore NXP i.MX6 senza compromessi. Questa grande disponibilità di periferiche unita alla scalabilità delle risorse offerte rendono la serie 3SM1004 ideale per sviluppare una vasta gamma di applicazioni industriali
