I SoM della serie Q29 sono basati sulla famiglia di processori NXP i.MX6 Dual\Quad ARM® Cortex®- A9 processor con frequenza 800MHz. La serie Q29 è stata progettata per avere una dimensione di soli 29mm x 29mm. Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte la serie Q29 dispone di 200pin su due connettori B2B. La vasta disponibilità di periferiche combinata con le dimensioni ridotte rendono la serie Q29 ideale per un grande numero di applicazioni industriali dove un alto grado di miniaturizzazione è richiesto.
